Work Out 3.5.12-Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 Review
Going to Cape Town, South Africa in less than a week, so trying to finalize my last body toning and using a little self tanner so I don’t look like a beached whale when I get there. Thankfully I have been constantly working out, so I’m not too disappointed, but you know the winter blues-hard to push that extra bag of chips and salsa away when you’re wearing a baggy sweater (no matter how trendy that sweater may be).
So I decided to not only do my normal 60 minute treadmill run today, but I added Week 1 Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 dvd.
To be honest, I’ve definitely had tougher work outs. Yes, I was tired after doing my run, and I definitely feel it in my arms (was using 8 lb weights because i didn’t have 1 lb weights..oops), but I guess it wasn’t hard because I’m already in okay shape.
I’ll stick with it for the rest of the week though and see how it is. When I’m in Cape Town, I’ll be doing tons of hiking and walking (hopefully prancing on the beach in a bikini!). My vacation will be a light escape from my runs, but when I get back, I’m investing in new running shoes and preparing for a half marathon!!
Oh. By the way. It’s snowing right now (18 degrees) yet its supposed to be 63 degrees on Wednesday…listen I’m not complaining…but whatttt??
